Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Landscape/Hardscape Foreman to organize and manage landscaping and hardscaping projects in collaboration with the owner. This is a hands-on role that requires someone with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier results.

As the Landscape/Hardscape Foreman, your reliability and Type-A personality will be crucial for the success of our projects and the overall quality of our services. Providing customers with exceptional service and quality results that they can appreciate for years to come.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping and hardscape is required
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple projects at once
• Strong leadership skills with a Type-A personality and a commitment to excellence
• Ability to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed

Compensation & Benefits:
